Ashoka has designed a selection process to identify and elect the world's leading social entrepreneurs.

From nomination to election as a Fellow, candidates go through a number of in-depth interviews, a judging panel, and a final executive board vote. The process allows candidates to communicate their ideas, scrutinise their methods, and reflect on themselves and their work.
