Ashoka Builds Team of "30 Under 30" Change Executives to Change Our Nation

In the lead up to Change Nation, Ashoka has recruited a team of thirty “Change Executives” to support our 50 visiting innovators in market research, stakeholder mapping, strategy development and execution. Our Change Executives were selected from over 100 applicants through a rigourous three stage process and are a mix of very bright and passionate college students, recent graduates and young working professionals involved in many other initiatives—ranging from lead singers to social entrepreneurs to farmers, and play key roles in a number of Ireland’s top companies and organisations.  We’re thrilled to have them, and their contribution will be key to helping us move Ireland forward!
 
Each Change Executive has been matched with visiting innovators, and performed in-depth market research to determine the best way to enter the Irish market, and identify the key leaders the innovator will need to meet. Change Executives will accompany the innovators during their time in Ireland, and provide six months of follow-up after the event at the end of March to begin the process of implementation. Their role will help ensure that commitments are followed up, and the ideas and inspiration generated at Change Nation will produce concrete results. Meet our team of Change Executives here.
